Our Story
Nitro is revolutionizing the workforce management market with our integrated CMS, LMS, and VMS platform. Our goal is to close the people-gap left by traditional systems, ensuring all workers, including contingent staff, are integrated with the business and empowered for success in a way that is engaging and meaningful for all.
Our team pioneered one of the first successful VMS platforms, WorkforceLogic, and subsequently built several enterprise HR and Staffing solutions including HRMS, 1099 compliance, Onboarding, Nitro LMS, and now Nitro VMS. Our story is rooted in a passion for uniting the way business works with the way people work and for providing a great experience to our customers and their users.
